Every project includes a hypercare support period right after go-live.
During this time we monitor the system closely and resolve any issues quickly.
After that, most of our clients move on to one of the following:

These services include monitoring, updates, security, maintenance, and keeping the system running without interruption.
If your in-house team will take over, we hand over full documentation and provide training for your team.
For our managed services, SLAs are set based on the priority of the issue.
- Critical failures: 15–30 minutes
- 24/7 support for premium packages
- Other requests: 2–8 hours
