AZENROB (Azerbaijan Engineering and Robotics Company LLC) is a full-stack technology partner based in Baku. We design, deploy, and operate enterprise software, web and mobile platforms, cloud infrastructure, network systems, data analytics, and process automation for organizations across the region.
We also provide ongoing services like managed support, IT consulting, system implementation, and team training — meaning we can be your full technology partner from strategy through to day-to-day operations.
We were founded in 2015, which means we're going into our second decade of operation. Over those 10+ years we've delivered 150+ projects to 50+ enterprise clients across telecom, finance, energy, government, and other industries.
Our headquarters is in Baku, Azerbaijan. Most of our client base is in Azerbaijan, but we also support cross-border projects and remote engagements across the broader region. If you're outside Azerbaijan and interested in working with us, get in touch — we'll discuss what's feasible for your project.
No. We work with organizations of all sizes — from established enterprises with complex infrastructure to growing mid-market companies and ambitious smaller businesses. What matters is the seriousness of the project and the partnership fit, not the company size.
If you have a real technology challenge and want to do it properly, we'd love to talk.
It starts with a conversation. You can book a free 30-minute consultation through our website where we'll listen to what you're trying to achieve, ask clarifying questions, and share whether we think we're the right fit.
If we're a good match, the next steps are typically a more detailed discovery session, a written proposal with scope and pricing, and contract signing. Most projects can move from first call to kickoff in 2-3 weeks.
It depends entirely on scope. A focused integration or a website might take 4-8 weeks. A complex enterprise application or a multi-site network deployment can run 4-9 months. After our discovery call, we provide a realistic timeline along with a phased plan.
We're conservative with promises and aggressive with delivery — we'd rather under-promise and ship on time than promise something we can't keep.
We offer both fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements, depending on what fits the project best. Well-scoped builds and deployments are usually fixed-price so you know exactly what you'll pay. Ongoing work like managed services or consulting is typically based on a monthly retainer or hourly rate.
Pricing is shared transparently as part of every proposal — no surprise costs, no hidden fees.
Yes — the first 30-minute consultation is genuinely free, with no card details required and no obligation to continue. We treat it as a working session: you describe what you're trying to do, we offer practical perspective, and you leave with useful insight regardless of whether we end up working together.
You can request one through our consultation booking page.
Absolutely. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before any sensitive technical discussions — it's a normal part of how we engage with serious clients. We can provide our standard NDA template, or sign yours, whichever works better for your team.
Every project includes a post-launch hypercare period where we stay closely engaged to handle any issues that surface in real-world use. After that, most clients move into a managed services or support agreement — we keep the system monitored, patched, updated, and operational so your team can focus on the business.
If you prefer to handle support internally, we document the handover thoroughly and provide training so your team is fully equipped.
Our managed services SLA is tiered based on incident severity. Critical incidents (system-down) trigger a response within 15-30 minutes during business hours, with 24/7 coverage available for clients on our premium SLA tier. Lower-severity issues are addressed within 2-8 hours depending on category.
Specific SLAs are defined per contract — we tailor the response commitments to match the criticality of your systems.
Yes. Clients on our managed services plans get 24/7 system monitoring from our operations center, with automated alerts and on-call engineers responding to incidents around the clock. Monthly health and performance reports are part of every managed engagement.
We hold ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certifications. We are also certified Microsoft, Cisco, and Oracle partners, with team members holding PMI project management certifications and cloud-platform certifications across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

We work across modern technology stacks. For software development that includes Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, Vue, and native iOS and Android. For databases, both relational (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL options. For cloud and infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, plus on-premise and hybrid architectures.
We choose the technology that fits the problem — not the other way around.
Yes — that's actually most of our work. We rarely start with a blank slate. Most engagements involve integrating with existing ERPs, CRMs, payment systems, identity providers, and legacy applications. We've built integrations to virtually every major enterprise platform, and we can usually work with proprietary or in-house systems too.
Yes. Through our partner platform ANTEC Academy, we offer certified technology courses, hands-on workshops, and corporate group training across a wide range of IT topics and vendor stacks. We can also customize training programs to match your team's specific systems and use cases.
Security is built into how we work. We're ISO 27001 certified, meaning we follow internationally recognized information security management practices across our operations. On every project, we apply secure-by-design principles, encrypt data in transit and at rest, follow least-privilege access patterns, and maintain audit trails on production systems.
Specific compliance requirements — like sector-specific regulations or data residency mandates — are accommodated as part of the project scope.
We work in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian. Documentation, technical proposals, and ongoing communication can be delivered in whichever language your team prefers.
Yes — and we recommend it. Production software needs ongoing care: security patches, performance optimization, OS upgrades, dependency updates, and new feature work as your business evolves. We offer flexible maintenance contracts ranging from light retainers to full managed engagement.
Most clients we've worked with for years started with a single project and grew the relationship from there.
Yes, we regularly take over stalled, abandoned, or underperforming projects from other vendors. We start with a thorough audit of the codebase, infrastructure, and documentation to understand exactly where things stand, then propose a plan to stabilize and move forward.
These projects can be complex, but the right team and process make them recoverable.
